	Antique Effanbee Composition Doll, 27 Inch Little Lady as Snow White. This LIttle Lady in this costume with the BLACK HAIR was identified to the owner as Snow White. However, she has no written documentation, so I can only pass on what she was told. The doll has her original black human hair wig which has been combed a lot and is rather thin (see the close-u[ photos).All of her clothes are orginal, including underwear, long rayon stockings and shoes. She has not washed or pressed any of the clothes, and I think the spot on the rayon stockings might come out if they were gently hand washed. The doll is in superb condition, any crazing is so minor I could not get it to show in close photos. Her face is just beautiful. I do think her left hand has been repainted but only because it is not quite a shiny as the other one, and her legs may have been repainted but it is so well done I could be wrong--they might just have been protected being under the long skirt so aren't as shiny as the more exposed parts. I am selling some antique dolls for a friend whose mother died and left them. She is herself in her 60s and has no one to leave the dolls to, so wants to see them go to someone who will appreciate them. .
